This document, referred to as the “Terms & Conditions” (the “Agreement”), outlines the framework of our collaboration. Your active participation signifies your agreement to these Terms, forming a binding contract between you and Textero.ai.
By joining the Textero.ai Affiliate Program, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We're excited to have you on board and look forward to a fruitful partnership. Together, we can achieve great success.
Registration & Enrollment
Becoming part of our Affiliate Program is straightforward. Head over to our registration portal at https://texteroai.tolt.io/login, fill in your personal details including your name, email address, and preferred payment method.
This process instantly granting you access to your unique affiliate link upon completion.
Earning Commissions
As our affiliate, you'll generate custom coupons, a powerful tool for tracking the referrals you bring to our platform. This symbiotic relationship ensures that for every successful payment made by your referrals, you receive a commission of 30%.
We pride ourselves on timely monthly payouts, requiring a minimum threshold of $50 before disbursement. Should your earnings fall below this threshold, they will be conveniently rolled over to the next payment cycle.
Affiliate Conduct
Our Program thrives on integrity and mutual respect. To maintain this environment, we outline specific behaviors expected from our affiliates:
No Self-Referrals.
You are not permitted to sign up for Textero.ai through your own affiliate link. If we detect any self-referrals, your account will be permanently banned and any commission earned will be forfeited.
Honesty is Our Policy.
We do not tolerate attempts to abuse our affiliate system. Any attempt to mislead, manipulate or defraud us or potential customers will result in your account being permanently banned. This includes posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites or engaging in any other activity that violates our policies.
Respect Our Space.
You are permitted to generate advertisements across any advertising platforms, with the exclusion of adult content websites. However, it is imperative to avoid utilizing our branded keywords within search engines for targeting purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, "Textero," "Textero ai," and any variations thereof resulting from typographical errors, such as "Textreo" and similar misspellings.
Authentic Representation.
You are not allowed to impersonate us or pretend to be acting on our behalf. This includes posing as an employee or representative of our company.
Duration & Termination
This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your receipt of an affiliate link and remains valid indefinitely until terminated by either party.
Termination can be initiated by either you or Textero.ai at any time, with or without cause, and will be effective upon written notice.
Upon termination, all outstanding financial commitments, including the processing of final commission payments, will be honored.
Modifications to the Agreement
The digital landscape is constantly changing, and our Agreement may need to adapt to these shifts. Textero.ai reserves the right to modify any terms herein at our discretion.
We commit to notifying you of these changes, but we also encourage you to review the Agreement periodically.
Continued participation after modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Should any dispute arise between you (the affiliate) and us under these Terms, and you are acting in the capacity of a consumer, such dispute may be brought to the Association of Czech Consumers (ACC). For further information, please visit http://www.konzument.cz/.
Furthermore, by agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly waive the right to have any dispute brought, heard, or arbitrated as a class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action, nor may you participate as a member in any class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.
