Eligibility for a Refund

  1. Non-Delivery of Service:

   If you do not receive the service you purchased due to our fault or due to technical issues that prevent access to the service, you are entitled to a full refund. Claims must be submitted to our support team within 7 days from the date the service was due to be delivered.

  1. Major Defects:

   Despite rigorous testing, unexpected defects can occur. If you encounter a significant defect that impairs your use of our service, and we cannot correct it promptly or offer a satisfactory workaround, you may qualify for a full or partial refund. Please report such defects within 7 days of detection.

  1. Service Not as Described:

   If the service delivered is significantly different from its description on our website, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assess the situation and if the service is indeed not as described, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Cancellation of Monthly and Annual Subscriptions:

You have the right to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of the contract’s commencement for a full refund, provided you have not used the service excessively (e.g., generating more than 5,000 words). If the service is commenced immediately upon purchase, this must be done with the customer’s express consent and their acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights.

Subscribers who cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period but within the first 30 days may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on usage, unless they have exceeded reasonable use (as predefined in your terms).

 Cancellations after the initial 30 days will not qualify for a refund but will prevent future charges.

Attach any relevant documentation, screenshots, or other evidence to aid in the prompt evaluation of your request. Our team will assess your refund request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Decisions

After evaluating your request, we will notify you of our decision. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days, and funds will be returned via the original payment method. Please be aware that the timing for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
